This policy explains what information 9Cat Versus uses, why we use it, and the choices you have. We don’t sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Information we use
- Account information: a player ID, display name, and—if you choose Google or Apple sign-in—the account identifier and email those services provide. Apple may provide a private relay address.
- Game information: progress, cards and items, decks, currencies, settings, rewards, friends, match history and leaderboard results.
- Purchase information: store receipts, product and transaction identifiers, and the rewards delivered. Payment-card details are handled by Google Play or Apple, not by us.
- Technical information: session and device-recovery credentials, IP address and basic request information used to operate and protect the service.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and recover accounts, save progress, run online and social features, deliver purchases and rewards, provide support, prevent fraud and keep 9Cat Versus secure.
Who receives it
Information is processed by our hosting providers and by the services you choose to use, including Google or Apple for sign-in and store purchases. We share only what is needed to provide those functions, comply with law, or protect players and the service.
How long we keep it
Account information and active game data are kept while your account exists. When you delete the account, its sign-in methods, sessions and identifying account information are deleted immediately.
An anonymized game record may be retained indefinitely so existing friend lists, match history and leaderboard results continue to work. It has no sign-in attached, its display name is replaced, and players cannot search for it. Purchase and transaction records may be retained for the periods required for financial, tax, legal and anti-fraud purposes.
Your choices
You can change your display name and delete your account from Settings. Deletion is permanent. If you cannot open the game, use our account-deletion page to request help.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect player information. No online service can promise absolute security. If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and its date.
