9Cat Versus Terms of Service

Thanks for playing 9Cat Versus. These terms explain the rules for using the game and its online services. By playing or creating an account, you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share, sell or transfer your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to use the game under the rules where you live; if parental consent is required, a parent or guardian must agree for you.
Play fair
Please treat other players respectfully and do not:
- cheat, exploit bugs, automate play or use unauthorized software;
- harass others, impersonate people or post illegal or harmful content;
- interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineer it except where law permits; or
- trade accounts or virtual items outside features we expressly provide.
Virtual items and purchases
Virtual cards, currency and other in-game items are licensed for use in 9Cat Versus; they are not money or property, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed unless the game specifically allows it. Prices and availability may change.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Their payment and refund rules apply. If a purchase is not delivered correctly, contact us and include the store transaction details.
Our game and content
9Cat Studio and its licensors own 9Cat Versus, including its software, art, characters, text and other content. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the game for entertainment in accordance with these terms.
Service changes and account action
We may update, balance, suspend or discontinue parts of the game. We may warn, restrict, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, threatens players or the service, or creates legal or security risk. You can permanently delete your account from Settings; see the account-deletion page for details.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep 9Cat Versus available and secure, but online services can have bugs, outages and data loss. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the game is provided as available without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we use and the choices available to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the game, law or our services change. We will update the effective date here and provide additional notice when required. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the game and delete your account.
